Prayer is our lifeline to God.  “…Men ought always to pray, and not to faint." – Luke 18:1 NKJV  “Always praying” means keeping our requests constantly before God as we live for Him daily and believing He will answer when we live by faith.  In the Lord’s Prayer (Matthew 6:9-13), Jesus provided the principles for how to become effective in our prayer life.  We should ask for:

 

• God’s presence

• Proper order and obedience to God

• God’s provision

• God’s forgiveness

• Power over Satan

• Divine partnership
